Go to Market Executive

We are currently looking for a Go To Market Executive to join our Nestle Professional team who will develop and implement advantaged&optimized GTM service models to leverage our efficiency. Nestle's approach is creating competitive advantage differentiation and adopting models as per market realities. GTM Executive have crucial role in implementing these approach.

 

Main Responsibilities;

  • Develop solid and optimized RTM strategy for OOH channels convert the strategy into executional plans on region and distribution basis.
  • Leverage available technological & digital systems to ensure effective management system, Conduct profitability analysis among channel and benchmark it among regions to increase sales & penetration and optimize investments
  • Analyse competition in terms of RTM and category strategies
  • Improve distributors management capabilities via structured execution approach
  • Design, activation, iteration and ongoing measurement of our OOH focused go-to-market strategies for sales channels with the goal create new sales pipeline and accelerate existing pipeline.
  • Conduct deep dive analysis of strategic opportunities, channel growth plans, competition and quantitative analysis such as market size to make business development recommendation
  • Track & improve field sales KPI's for perfect execution.
  • Such as: - Distributor structure & route planning & frequency - # of visits (Sales team) - Coverage targeting universe
  • To achieve success, Go-to-market executive will work closely with our sales management team, customer experience team, category team and other cross-functional teams

 

Qualifications;

  • Min 4-5 years of experience, sales & route planning experience in FMCG (OOH experience is an strong asset)
  • Commercial & Channel Marketing and business development experience is an asset
  • Strong Sales Information Technologies knowledge.
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills to conduct related data analysis
  • Fleuncy in English
