Total Rewards Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Total Rewards Supervisor to join our HR Team who will support for the design and implementation of Total Rewards Policies and strategies throughout the Market aligned with Corporate HR Guidance in order to ensure that this will generate a competitive advantage for the business in attracting, retaining, and motivating our talent accordingly and fostering a high-performance culture.

 

Main Responsibilities;

  • Flawless Execution of Annual C&B Processes - Support in the Market's implementation of the annual processes (Budget Request, Review of ABS, Reference Salary, STB, LTI)
  • Conducting a Benchmarking study and Design of Competitive Pay Structures - Support with the coordination of job matching and salary submission with external survey providers in order to ensure a robust benchmarking process and reliable data.
  • Flawless Execution of Offer Preparation for Internal Transfers - Support and keep the implementation of competitive pay structure
  • Strategic KPIs - Preparation of reports for the Strategic KPIs and Statistics related to Total Compensation for the Business to use in problem solving and decision-making.
  • Definition and Implementation of Local Benefits program - Support designing cost efficient Benefits program in line with Corporate guidance. Coordinate with relevant other functions (legal, finance for pension and Health schemes). Benchmark benefit programs in other companies in order to ensure that Nestlé is offering competitive benefits that strongly contributes to people's attraction and retention.
  • Effective Strategic Communication of Total Rewards - Support ongoing communication strategy via different employee segments of the Total Rewards journey, and employee life cycle (on boarding, life events etc), creating a high level of appreciation for the rewards received. Use of appropriate comm. channels such as sites, publications, or direct contact via Line Managers/HRBPs as well as providing necessary training.
  • Support local Total Rewards Strategy - Support Gap Analysis is done between Corporate and Local Total Rewards Policy Support ensuring that the Local Total Rewards Policy and Strategy is aligned with the Corporate Total Rewards Policy.  (all eligibility criteria and key processes for Salary Review, Short Term Bonus, Long Term Incentives, and Benefits.)
  • International Transfer Management - Ensuring competitive and fair packages for employees transferred within the Market of responsibility. Liaise with RTS and specific stakeholders for package approval. Ensure compliance with local taxation and immigration laws. Management of relocation and transfer process.
  • SAP Database - Upload and maintain an up-to-date employee database on SAP for compensation info types
  • Local Total Rewards Strategy - Support the C&B CoE in the execution

 

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

  • ​University Degree level education or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in Nestlé or within another FMCG or Pharma.
  • Experience in Consulting firms will be an asset.
  • Hands-on experience in GLOBE SAP HR & SuccessFactors & Payroll system.
  • Experience with KPIs (Creation and use of metrics)
  • Local employment law & labor regulations
  • Advanced Use of Microsoft Excel
  • Project Management Experience
