We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Supply Chain team who will ensure proper delivery services offer according local customers expectations and in line with Nespresso international standards and guidelines, manage third party transportation providers to the channels B2C, B2B, Trade & BTQ, ensure outstanding delivery service at a minimum transportation cost whilst maximizing Sustainability, Safety and Security (domestic and / or international), manage all international deliveries for coffee, machine, accessories, marketing materials, BTQ materials and spare parts, manage all import process of all Nespresso materials align with Import Export and manage BTQ & Trade  procurement process in coordination with different suppliers and  Controlling & optimizing stock levels in OFC, responsible of weekly / daily stock transfer between 3rd party WH to distribution warehouse / Boutiques.

Main Responsibilities;

Importation & Distribution & Stock Management

• Define and Execute new delivery services accordingly to service strategy for parcels distribution within Market
• Ensure a high service level for deliveries to final customers and consumers including boutique, B2B and B2C club members                        
• Ensure a high service level for international deliveries from factory to bounded warehouse in Turkey customs               
• Ensure a high service level for Nespresso import duties in coordination with NIM Impex                                                  
• Manage and implement continuous improvement program with our customs broker company through regular monthy meetings to review performances & improve process
• Develop in close collaboration with Marketing and Club departments new distribution services
• Manage relationship with delivery providers taking insight from Nespresso Sales departments (CRC, Boutiques), be the single point of contact for delivery 3PL.
• Implement continuous improvement program with our 3rd party delivery suppliers through regular monthy / weekly meetings to review performances & improve process
• Manage seasonality with Nespresso deliveries partners – manage potential capacity issues
• Liaise with Technical & Quality Department to ensure all aspects of our distribution operations are compliant with Food Safety, Environment, Quality, Safety policies
• Ensure good communication towards the organization concerning logistics management                                         
• Controlling & optimizing stock levels in OFC, responsible of weekly / daily  stock movements between 3rd party WH to distribution warehouse
• Stock level management

Reverse Logistics

• Ensure appropriate return goods process is in place, liaise with Finance team for return goods
• Ensure close follow-up of non quality deliveries and reimbursement of lost parcels, pallets.
• Optimize & follow-up capsules recycling process in monthly basis

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

Report & Budget

• Provide input for Distribution budget preparation and cost follow-up
• Responsible for reporting Distribution Cost
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly report of deliveries, KPI’s, logistics activities, action plans and cost reports to the Nespresso Organisation (Market mancom, HQ…)

Qualifications;

• Bachelor or Master Degree, specialization in Supply Chain/Logistics  an asset
• English will be essential.
• Min 3 years of professional experience in Import &  Logistics / Supply Chain Department
• Experience in a distant sales company an asset
