- Location: Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia

- Reports To: HRBP - Western Region

Position Summary
The HR Officer is responsible for delivering a full range of HR services, including employee relations and HR policy implementation. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, promotes a positive work environment, and supports the organization’s strategic goals through effective people management.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries and concerns.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Support and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace morale and retention.
- Manages and supports operational issues related to employees, including Insurance , employees relations & applying policies & procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with labor regulations.
- Coordinates and facilitates on-boarding and off-boarding of employees through Collaborates with the Recruiting team to analyze and generate contracts of employment, with a focus on applicability of internal policies & procedures.
- Manages and supports operational issues related to employees, including Insurance , employees relations & applying policies & procedures.
- Conducts exit interviews, identifying trends and recommending actions to address concerns; maintain periodic human resources reports for management, utilizing standard.
- Manage and enhance full cycle of Payroll process
- Manage mobilization of 3PL staff (external manpower) to ensure smooth operations and adequate workforce supply for business continuity.
- Ensure of PDP/PA cycle applied on all employees & give the support for all Line managers & employees through the PDP/PA cycle , Manage annual performance review process.
- Perfom and support in any other tasks assigned by the direct manager that relatied to the HR
What Will Make You Successful…
- Bachelor's degree education level in Human Resources/ Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1 to 4 Years experience in related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
