Position Summary

We are looking for Customer Supply Chain Executive who will be able to demand and define a joint improvement plan with key Customers to enhance the organization’s ability to win with the Customer from a sales and supply chain perspective.

A day in the life of...

  • Collaborative opportunities with the Customer, be the coordinator of multi-functional teams from concept to final delivery.
  • Understand Customer KPIs, agree to targets with the Customer, and report regularly against these targets.
  • Define and agree to long term strategic objectives with key Traditional and Modern Trade Customers.
  • Drive all other Supply Chain Customer efficiency initiatives
  • Challenge the status quo to improve Customer Satisfaction and create business opportunities with the Customer.

What will make you successful

  • Worked within Customer Service, Supply Chain or Sales in a market/business role for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Food & beverage or consumer products industry experience preferred
  • Successfully led projects and initiatives that require both commercial and supply chain understanding and knowledge
  • End to end Supply Chain, including store operations knowledge
  • Understanding of LEAN concepts eg Value Stream Mapping
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with various internal and external contacts and influence others to drive change
