We are looking for Event-Intermarket Customer Service Support who will efficiently drive and manage cross functional collaboration of Innovation/Renovation IMS Projects at all levels.  Ensure fast time to market and guarantee its flawless execution for both local and export market by acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) within the market, affiliate market and the Zone for any Inter-market sourcing requirement and Customer order queries. 

A day in the life of...

  • Develop ways to improve speed to market execution of project timelines in the IMS Project.  Anticipate and flag potential risks to achieve fast time to market in order for Stakeholders to have informed decision in the Project.
  • Support the Business Units to source information for exploratory projects, ahead of project brief being finalized
  • Understand IMS Best Practices (Cross Border Sourcing) and ensure that they are implemented in all IMS Projects
  • Collaborate with IMS partners, to identify opportunities to improve both IMS Process and Business Results, making use of IMS performance reviews
  • Drive resolution of IMS complaints within agreed timelines in collaboration with all stakeholders
