Gather, share and apply shopper understanding in category, brand and customer plans. Bring shopper relevant marketing initiatives to life in-store, in-line with customer needs

Position Summary

  • Initiate the gathering of insights through internal or external experts, ensuring that shopper understanding is available to support and is applied in category and customer strategic decisions and compelling selling stories.
  • Develop the capability of commercial functions (Marketing, Sales, Field) to interpret and translate available information into actionable insights that inspires shopper behaviour change and customer engagement with our plans.
  • Monitor and report on micro and macro shopper trends, implications and opportunities, leveraging supplier, customer and Nestlé global network and tools to guide internal and external customers to future growth opportunities
  • Develop shopper facing initiatives in order to attract and convert more shoppers to the category and ensure the desired behaviour change is delivered through insight led design and targeted communication and activation up to and at the point of purchase, ensuring delivering of the picture of success and category strategy objectives
  • Further, by partnering with Brand and Sales Teams
  • Source actionable shopper marketing and activation insights that will support Category driving initiatives, the tracking the success, and their continual optimization.

What will make you successful

  • Preferably with similar experience in the same capacity. From FMCG or Research Agency - handled Consumer Packaged Goods
  • Good Analytical Skills
