POSITION SUMMARY

The Data Analytics Manager will support the Data Steward in transforming Analytics as Nestle's Competitive Advantage that enables business teams to move faster, with more accurate and future looking decisions - leveraging Data Science, Machine Learning & AI. He/she will aid in designing, creating, deploying and managing NPI's Data Analytics Architecture - defining how the data will be consumed, integrated and analysed by our business partners. He/she will also be responsible in effectively communicating technical results and translating it into actionable solutions for our business partners

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

Review and Validate datasets that are being collected
Assist in the deployment and upload of data to the data warehouse
Cooperate with IT/ASL/ADI to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it possible to leverage big data use cases
Monitor Analytics Metrics and Results
Create new / improve existing data analysis methodologies

ARE YOU A FIT?

The Data Analytics Manager has to have a B.S. / M.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Math, Business Administration, or any other related field. An equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable for the position.
Must have had at least 3 years of working experience in a data analyst or data warehousing position, preferably working as a Data Analyst in a fast-paced and complex business setting. Have had a proven and successful experience in the execution of data analytics initiatives, leading to the development of useful insights and the improvement of a business’s performance and driving top-line growth.
Analytical Skills: Data Analytics Manager takes a lot of information and translate it into a useable blueprint.
Communication Skills: Data Analytics Manager is part of a team, working with Data Engineer and management and need to be an effective communicator
Attention to Detail: Databases are complex, and a minute error can cause huge problems.
Logical Thinking: Data Analytics Manager takes code and data and turn it into logical patterns, so that it can be analyzed.
Problem-Solving Skills: Data Analytics Manager looks at an issue that needs to be solved and come up with solutions quickly.
