Handle Business Engagement and Stakeholder Management, ensuring system and process integrity to delivery high quality services to the market and seek to continuously improve the delivery of these services consistent with Best Practices, Compliance and Security.
Position Summary
- Engage and provide valuable solutions to business needs consistent with best practice, compliance and security
- Close collaboration with relevant Business Unit members and other stakeholders for alignment of plans with the Market Business Strategy (MBS)
- Act as market IT Project Manager for top down and bottom up projects/initiatives. Works in close coordination with the Business Project Manager. Ensure coordination and flow of information to all relevant stakeholders
- Ensures that the GLOBE Solution Deployment Methodology is used in all projects
- Support project set-up and planning, coordinate with Regional Globe office, Globe center or External Service Providers as needed by the project
- Monitor and coordinate configuration delivery and solutions developments delivery. Identify and mitigate project issues/risks
- Train Super Users and ensure knowledge is cascaded to business and users for any new solution deployed prior to going live
- Manage roles and market role variants, role definition through localization and recommend resolution of role conflicts and issues
- Promote system understanding and use through various training/coaching activities with site coordinators and business users
- Ensure timely role link approval of requested roles by the users
- Support the development of measures to better reflect efficiency and relevance of existing processes
- Active participation in the Nestle Continuous Excellence initiatives from the business and within GLOBE
- Support operational reporting and analytics through data collection and analysis

- Good overall Application Support or Development experience including complementary Applications, regression testing and usage
- Good coaching, training and communication skills
- Application life-cycle management (delivery, sustain, renovate, replace)
- Good project management experience
- Good analytical skills
