Position Snapshot
Position Summary

Responsible in providing timely, accurate and unbiased analysis through efficient reporting to support Decision Making by Management.

A day in the life of...
  • Actively participates in Innovation/Renovation meetings with the Brands, acting as Co-Pilot by providing valuable insights on any Financial implication.
  • Prepares P&L simulation to calculate impact of Brand launches, Pricing sensitivity, promotional activity, or as required by management.
  • Prepares the price list including P&L simulation and routes to BPR Manager and CFO for signature.
  • Identifies areas for improvement on processes and leads implementation of changes as necessary.
  • In charge of finalization of Company's P&L, conducts root-cause analysis for main deviations vs forecast in coordination with the Finance Team.
  • Prepares Monthly management reports with actionable in-depth analyses to provide qualitative insights and trends to quantitative calculations (Brand P&L, eBusiness P&L, etc.)
  • Leads the preparation of the Monthly P&L DF (Dynamic Forecast), in line with the monthly business planning process.
  • Leads the preparation of the Annual P&L OPL (Operating Plan), in line with the annual budget process.
  • Leads the preparation of the Quarterly ISIT DF and OPL, in line with the HQ’s deadlines.
  • In charge of period-end close (PEC) to ensure smooth P&L landing vs forecast and/or latest estimate.
  • Prepares Monthly PEC reports and transmits to the Nestle HQ Monitors accrual and re-class of expenses, coordinates with Finance Team to ensure compliance with Accounting Standards.
  • Ensures Top Down (expenses distributed up to SKU level) activities are done for all P&L line items.
What will make you successful
  • Must be a CPA.                                     
  • At least 3-5 years work experience as FPA/Business Planning Analyst.
  • Above average skill in Microsoft Excel, preferably worked within an SAP system environment, or alike            
  • Is comfortable with complex data to provide meaningful and easy to grasp insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Can work under pressure, good communication skills.
