We are looking for a Category Development Manager to drive the development & execution of omni-channel category strategies that deliver customer growth.

A day in the life of...

  • Drive the development & execution of omni-channel category strategies that deliver customer growth.
  • Prioritise channels and define channel strategies to win including the definition of the point of purchase vision
  • Ensure Shopper & Customer relevancy of all major innovations and renovations as part of I2L ways-of-working.
  • Drive the on-going alignment of executable brand, customer & field sales plans that deliver on annual business targets
  • Manage the commercial deployment and sustaining of Strategic Revenue Management and guide the annual allocation of commercial investments across channels / customers
  • Gather, share and apply shopper understanding in category, brand and customer plans

What will make you successful

  • With at least 5 years experience in the FMCG industry, 2 years as Category Manager with at least 1 year handling a specific category
  • Has Cross Functional Experience: Customer, Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Finance - with at least 2 out of 5 Commercial Functional Experiences
  • Demonstrated Commercial Competencies: Master Shopper Understanding, Develop Winning Strategies and Plans, Lead Category Development, Drive Profitable Revenue Growth, Successful cross functional team leadership
  • Demonstrated Leadership Competencies
  • Demonstrable record of success in a customer facing role
  • Understands customers and the selling process.
