Main purpose of the role: 

 

The Channel Executive ensures that channel commercial plans are accurate, timely, and execution-ready, providing full visibility on throughput estimates, investments, and promotional activities. The role supports field sales excellence by translating Integrated Commercial Plans (ICP) into actionable Cycle Plans across channels and customers.
 
 
Key accountabilities & outputs:
  • Maintain, update, and upload Channel Category Plans in the Commercial Planning Tool.
  • Align channel activities with ICP and MBP agreements at regional and key customer levels.
  • Provide regional and key customer breaks for channel activities.Update, validate, and ensure quarterly accuracy of investment & space databases
  • Ensure data integrity for planning, tracking, and evaluation.
  • Enable field teams with clear, actionable, and compliant activity playbooks.
