Junior HR Business Partner (Commercial) supports the Commercial business functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Development) by partnering with leaders and employees to execute HR strategies that drive business performance, employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. This role serves as a trusted HR advisor while ensuring alignment with company policies and HR best practices.

 

  • Support Commercial leaders in implementing people plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Assist in performance management cycles, goal setting, and performance reviews.

  • Support talent identification, succession planning, and development initiatives.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and action plans; Coordinate training and development programs.

  • Support communication and change management activities; Help foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP, Generalist or Employee Engagement

  • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, FMCG, Retail, or Commercial organizations is an advantage.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems and analytical and problem-solving skills.
