MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

 

To drive completeness and practicability of the Cycle Plan and timeliness of cascade to identified recipients from Field Sales. Enabling sales to execute by driving completeness and practicability of Trade Activities

 

 

KEY OUTPUTS:

 

  • Responsible for running all properly graded Trade activities of the salesman within Channel Capacity standards
  • Responsible for checking correctness and accuracy of the activity details and KPIs according to the mechanics and objectives of the Cycle Plan activities
  • Accountable for the  timely cascade and communication of all Cycle Plan activities to identified recipients from Field Sales.  
  • Accountable for consistent, timely and accurate tracking and communicating results versus set KPIs.  Responsible for collecting and forwarding field feedback, execution details and updates to activity owners and relevant stakeholders.
  • Responsible for recommending updates and improvements in the Cycle Plan tool and process based on the feedback of the users. Attend field cascades to gain understanding of the tool effectiveness.
  • Responsible for setting and managing the monthly meeting between Channel and Category, ensuing the minutes of the meeting is available and acted upon by concerned parties.

 

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • 2+ years commercial experience, Previous handled a Sales Position and have exposures to Marketing functions.
  • Demonstrable record of success in a customer facing role.
  • Understands customers (direct retailers and distributors) and the selling process
  • Influence results through others
  • Quick to adapt, able to recommend based on business understanding
