Main Purpose of the Job

Perform Costing activities for several company codes within Nestlé in the Market including sanity checks and production of timely, accurate and relevant cost data and analysis. The specialist will be able to deliver in full autonomy the whole range of services with 2 of the main Costing areas (Distribution/White Collar or Manufacturing/COGS). In this role the costing specialist will aslo be required to support other clusters within the COC when needed.

 

Key Deliverables

Global CoC contribution:

  • Drive local implementation of Global initiatives.

Health checks and master data:

  • Execute complex health checks and complete analysis until root cause identification. Coordinate resolution with market/NBS/CoC in full autonomy

Run processes and analyses:

  • Run PEC, TP, Budget, DF in full autonomy and according to GSR; may support more junior specialist
  • Ability to perform Variance Analysis

Training and Knowledge Base:

  • Deliver entry level online training to markets; contribute to preparation of training materials;
  • Write up Knowledge base articles and leverage them for issue resolution

Compliance:

  • Adhere to global processes (GSR, Checks, BCP, Derogations, Costig Standards, GSC, partnership agreement …); understand CoC BCP

Project work:

  • Lead the implementation of new costing functionalities, tools and solutions in his/her own cluster under supervision

Reporting:

  • Train markets on correct usage of global reports; troubleshoot issues raised by market

Stakeholder management:

  • Demonstrate service orientation in all interactions with markets
