Customer Support Executive
Purpose of the Job:
- Enable Customer Business Teams to achieve sales and execution objectives by providing planning and execution support, in line with the company's commercial and cycle planning process
Key Responsibilities:
- Support effective execution of the customer groups by taking responsibility for 'Prepare to Execute' activities in the customers. This includes reviewing cycle plan and channel activities; creating execution plan; reviewing and validation of cycle plan and channel deck; timely, accurate and complete cascade to the customer groups; reviewing and measurement of pre-execution requirements, as well as monitoring resolution of concerns.
- Reviews CP and CH building blocks vs plan, and allocates Cycle Plan execution targets per customer team according to defined standards
- Ensures on-time arrival of materials needed for cycle plan and channel execution (e.g. product samples, DC stocks, POS materials, etc.) and on-time deployment of activation personnel to stores (e.g. bundlers, brand ambassadors, sampling teams, etc.)
- Represents Key Accounts team during key meetings with trade marketing team to communicate account intricacies and executability of programs planned for the customer groups.
