We are looking for a Data Analytics Executive who will be the closest ally of the Head of Analytics in transforming Analytics as Nestle's Competitive Advantage that enables business teams to move faster, with more accurate and future looking decisions - leveraging Data Science, Machine Learning & AI.  He will be designing, creating, deploying and managing NPI's data architecture - defining how the data will be consumed, integrated and analyzed by our business partners.

A day in the life of...
  • Monthly Business Unit Offtake Forecast - Monthly MSR Guidance by BU on their Monthly Offtake Forecast by Sub-Brand and by SKU.                                           
  • Corporate Market Forecast - Monthly Alignment with Financial Forecasting Team on NPI's Annual Growth Output.
  • Marketing Analytics & ROI Reporting - Regression to compute for Return on Investment of all Spending in both PFME and TDS, including Optimization Recommendation across (1) sub-brands and (2) vehicles.
  • Innovation Forecasting - Sales Forecasting using Econometric Techniques with Nielsen Retail and Homepanel.
  • Sales & Pricing Analytics - Price Sensitivity Analysis using Econometric Techniques with Nielsen Retail Audit.
  • Develop Superior Consumer Value Proposition. Work together with the business units in identification of pricing thresholds and opportunities and measurement of marketing effectiveness pre and post launch.
What will make you successful
  • Graduate of B.S. / M.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Math, Business Administration, or any other related field. An equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable for the position.
  • Must have had at least 5 years of working experience in a data analyst or data warehousing position, preferably working as a Data Analyst in a fast-paced and complex business setting.
  • With proven and successful experience in the execution of data analytics initiatives, leading to the development of useful insights and the improvement of a business’s performance and driving top-line growth.
  • Strong analytical skills – must be able to take a lot of information and translate it into a useable blueprint.
  • Effective communicator
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Logical Thinking - takes code and data and turn it into logical patterns, so that it can be analyzed.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
