Main Purpose of the Job:

To lead the identification of business opportunities to apply analyics, machine learning and and process optimization to improve business results.

Key Outputs:

• Responsible for developing and implementing the Sales System Architecture of all Business Units. Includes but not limited to Syspro, MyBuddy, OLAP services
• Collaborate with the sales leadership team to answer business questions using analytical, statistical and programming skills.
• Master Data management which includes but not limited to PIS, encore codes, Channel codes, etc.
• Defines and leads implementation of the relevant dashboards and reports to allow all stakeholders to use it for delivering business results.
• Defines the right data structure, its supporting solutions and its governance in partnership with internal and external stakeholders (Commercial Development Team, Sales Control, Supply Chain Management, Market Analytics, Marketing Analytics)

Key Experiences:

• Advanced knowledge and experience in Analytics/Reporting (descriptive, diagnostic), as well as Advanced Analytics (predictive, prescriptive)
• Proficient in Data Science, Machine Learning
• Advance knowledge on agile project management
• Leading people
