Position Summary
A day in the life of...
  • Leading and Driving the end to end eBusiness transformation in the WIN Category. 
  • Develop and Orchestrate total eBusiness strategy and achieve 100% of GMV targets
  • Contribute to a favorable external positioning of Wyeth Nutrition's leadership in eBusiness 
  • Maximize business value by using digital to drive cross functional (Marketing, Sales, CCSD, Corporate Communications, Consumer Service) collaboration, sharing and where appropriate integration
  • Develop strong relationship with existing and upcoming e-retailers and help develop brick and mortar platforms
  • Delivery and execution of digital best practices and frameworks (via training, online sharing platforms and other means) 
  • Selecting and Managing key partners, agencies, suppliers and platforms against digital plan
What will make you successful
  • Must have solid FMCG sales experience (at least 5 years) with social media and e-commerce capability.
  • Can develop and orchestrate total eBusiness strategy. Has a clear understanding of eBusiness ecosystem and funnel and has the ability to analyse, interpret and react to real time trends and data
  • Clear Project management abilities
  • Strong people / relationship management skills. Can foster strong relationships internally with trade team and externally with existing and upcoming e-retailers and help develop brick and mortar platforms.
  • Has the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams including regional and global engagement
  • Good communication and presentation skills. Digital savvy or a (super) fast learner esp. on performance metrics.
  • Works well with diverse cultures , backgrounds, experiences
