Main Purpose of the Job:

• Responsible for driving and managing all aspects of new product development, renovation projects, promotions, SKU rationalization, and other projects related to operational efficiency or savings for their assigned business units or category. They also oversee events projects within their category, ensuring they are completed on time and within market standards, while maximizing availability and optimizing cost. They ensure the implementation of best practices for events management processes, supporting innovation, renovations, and promotions across all business units. This role aims to improve efficiency and effectiveness in project management, customer service, project execution, and delivery by aligning critical paths and optimizing cost and working capital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drives awareness and implementation of best practices for event management processes to support innovation, renovation, and promotion activities, ensuring on-time execution and flawless project transition.

• Plans and manages all events projects, using strong organizational skills and collaboration with various functions within the organization.

• Evaluates and consolidates analysis of event projects to establish a sound business process for future events, ensuring stakeholder alignment and credibility for future projects.
