Role Overview:

  • Drive the achievement of Sell Out, Reach, Range and Execution objectives for the assigned territory through the management and development of distributor sales operations and deployment of merchandising teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead distributor sales teams in developing annual territory business plans and operational strategies to meet reach, range, and distribution goals.

  • Sales Excellence & Growth: Drive execution standards and profitable growth by coaching on the Nestlé Way of Selling, conducting Level 2 operations reviews, and supporting distributor customer management.

  • Capability Building & Insights: Enhance distributor sales operations through training on Territory Development and In-Call Execution, while providing feedback to support Category and Channel planning.
