We are looking for a Field Sales Support Executive to enable regional sales teams to achieve Quality Sales Standards by providing planning and execution support  in line with the company's commercial and cycle planning process. 

A day in the life of...

  • upports the Regional Sales Manager in the review of total region's OPL baselines and uplifts, and proposes an OPL breakdown per Channel/Distributor/Customer.  

  • Accountable for building and maintaining the distributor store database based on the inputs of Field Sales Managers to facilitate proper allocation of programs.  

  • Supports effective execution in the region by taking responsibility for 'Prepare to Execute' activities in the region. This includes receiving and reviewing M+3 CP activities; creating execution plan; review and validation of CP deck; cascade of M+1 CP activities in the region; measure and review of pre-execution requirements, as well as monitor resolution of concerns; monitor completion and review execution reports.  

  • Fulfill MBP requirements for the region. This includes a review of category performance and competitive activities, consolidation of regional inputs/feedback to WSOR and MSR for submission to CCSD, receipt and review of DF, coordinate budget requests, and review of OPL building blocks vs cycle plan.  

  • Support other regional initiatives, activities and reporting requirements (i.e. consolidation of ageing stocks report, coordination of flush out activities, allocation of seasonal merchandisers, regional office management, PR/GR reporting).  

  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.

Are You A Fit?

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years field sales experience 

  • Highly developed commercial acumen.  

  • Basic planning capability, forecasting and budgeting. 

  • Will prioritize candidates who can start ASAP
