We are looking for a Group Product Manager responsible for planning, formulating, coordinating and communicating Product Marketing Plans, and provide direction to a team of Product Managers tasked with the development of product strategies to achieve business objectives, while being compliant to the Local Code, the WHO Code, and WN Instructions for covered products. Lead proponent in Product Development, Brand Advertising, Promotional Activities and Research for Children’s Bonakid Franchise with the end goal of delivering sales, market share and profit objectives to ensure that business objectives are achieved, while being compliant to the Local Code, the WHO Code, and WN Instructions for covered products.

A day in the life of...
  • Lead the group in the strategic planning process for Children’s Bonakid Franchise based on key consumer insights to enhance current portfolio and improve communication with consumers.
  • Contribute in the development of the company’s long term plan that identifies new business opportunities, markets and partners.
  • Lead the group in the integration of market, customer, and competitor insights and knowledge across a variety of different settings to anticipate market changes and new trends that could impact future business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze group business performance vis-à-vis business goals and the competition.
  • Allocate resources appropriately within the group to deliver business results and ensure that overall team portfolio performance, sales and expense budgets are on target.
  • Manage the development of advertising, communication materials and promotional activities of Children’s Bonakid Franchise.
  • Lead evaluation and selection of agencies and ensure that the agencies provide creative and strategic support that contributes significantly to the overall short and long-term organizational goals.
  • Ensure that brand materials and activities for products covered by the scope of the Local Code, the WHO Code, and WN Instructions are compliant.
  • Ensure that all tasks and activities adhere to the Local Code, the WHO Code, and WN Instructions.       

 

What will make you successful
  • Bachelor's Degee in Business Marketing Major in Marketing; preferably with MBA
  • Experience in Field Sales or Product Management
  • 5 years related work experience as a Senior Product Manager or Group Product Manager with background in Nutritional Industry or Ethical Marketing
  • Strategic thinker, proven leadership skills
