Drives excellence in consumer insight to support the brand builders in selecting target consumers by fully understanding who they are, what they do and why they do it.
A day in the life of...
- Drives “Know your Consumer Deeply" winning actions holistically in coordination with brand builders.
- Develops in depth understanding of target consumers, develops consumer portraits and core insights in collaboration with brand builders, to understand what drives consumer delight.
- Provides relevant consumer and shopper insight and research expertise to support categories and business units
- Continuously develops and applies market research tools and methodologies, while optimizing outputs of research instruments
- Leverages and applies continuous research approaches including retail measurement, consumer panels, brand health tracking and macro trends.
- Continuously builds consumer knowledge and synthesizes consumer understanding.
- Delivers high-impact insight-based inputs and recommendations that drive brand/business strategies to win in the marketplace.
- Drives the culture and mindset of leveraging data to generate actionable and differentiating insights.
What will make you successful
- At least 7 years experience in market research in a a Fast Moving Consumer Goods company or Market Research agency
- Good analytical skills
