OVERVIEW:

 

Data and Analytics Leader utilizes his/her analytical thought leadership to understand how possible analytical techniques and use of data ecosystems align to business questions and challenges within a Nestlé market. She/He will Initiate and own value driven data and analytics portfolio of use cases through a cross functional council within their respective entity ( market) in line with the business strategy​/MBS/OMP. He/She will help in Data and Analytics Use Case Prioritization, Road mapping and Business Case Creation​. Most importantly they will be custodians of Change Management and Adoption ( changes in ways of working, process integration ) to ensure realisation of value​ as well as help develop further the data literacy ( capability building, trainings ) in market for all functions and categories.

 

KEY DELIVERABLES: 

 

  • Contribute to business unit strategy by owning a data and analytics portfolio aligned with business goals.
  • Develop a data and analytics roadmap with input from cross-functional teams.
  • Create business cases for use cases, considering costs, benefits, and impact.
  • Execute use cases and embed scaled analytics to drive value in the market.
  • Demonstrate test and learn scenarios, innovate new ideas, and showcase value.
  • Orchestrate data governance within the market, collaborating with stakeholders and the data office.
  • Drive change management and adoption for executed use cases.
  • Ensure data literacy needs are met by building capabilities and providing trainings.
  • Deliver use cases that optimize customer experience, generate revenue, and reduce costs.
  • Leverage industrialized analytical models and track market adoption and usage.
  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end business solutions.
  • Analyze cost-benefit for automation and manual intervention in delivery.
  • Engage stakeholders and evangelize analytics throughout the organization.
  • Lead culture change towards analytical thinking and present analytically-based recommendations.
  • Share best practices and participate in analytics communities of practice.
  • Develop and coach citizen analysts and highlight talent within the market.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (Engineering/ Computer Science /Mathematics/Statistics)
  • 10+ years experience in commercial analyitcs
  • Demonstrated Experience leveraging data visualization and knowledge of statistical techniques and software (e.g., MS Power BI, R, Python, Open source) and cloud environments (AZURE, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
  • Demonstrated business knowledge in “FMCG/ CPG” or “Retail” industry and applied analytics to scenarios in context of this domain
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in coordinating across teams
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex results and insights to technical and non-technical audiences leading to successful analytic collaboration and able to advise Sr. executive leadership team members directly. 
  • Demonstrated experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams leading to business value
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing excellent customer facing skills to drive analytic collaboration"
