A day in the life of...
  • Strengthen consumer empathy and understanding within Nestle: Plan, orchestrate and lead ConNext for the internal community to uncover human insights and bring about richer understanding of consumer needs and wants. Roll-out and manage systems, tools and processes that would facilitate effective handling and seamless integration of consumer insights into the different phases of Idea-to-Launch to enable true consumer centricity and at the same time, foster synergy and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop ideas or product/ service solutions powered by human insights: Plan, orchestrate and facilitate end-to-end creative workshop sessions aimed to translate human insights into tangible product/ service ideas or solutions that meet the agreed Key Success Criteria of Desirability, Feasibility and viability. Promote and employ Design Thinking or iterative early prototyping and co-creation to arrive at optimum product/ service ideas or solutions. Enable conversion of 2D ideas or product/ service solutions into consumer-friendly stimuli to ease identification of improvement opportunities.
  • Drive innovation performance by continuously seeking to improve tools and methods: Continuously explore, test and learn various tools and methodologies Enable continuous stream of inspiration and fresh ideas by networking and benchmarking externally.
What will make you successful
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications Research, Psychology, Marketing or any other related business field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.
  • 2-3 years experience in Design Thinking / Co-Creation / Creative brainstorming. With good working knowledge of Qualitative research. Preferably, with a talent for writing/ illustrating to help concretize ideas.
  • Good communication skills - able to deliver clear information and articulates seemingly complex concepts in simple terms
  • Is a creative thinker, results driven, self-motivated and proactive, have strong and innovative problem solving skills, is open to change and can work comfortably in a constantly evolving environment
  • Ability to handle multiple and simulatenous projects and remain calm under pressure and in the face of adversity
