MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Learning and Capability Executive at Nestle Philippines is a key role within the Sales Department, responsible for supporting the overall sales strategy and driving distributor management and digitalization initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales processes, distributor management, and digital tools, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. They will be a proactive and results-oriented individual, capable of building strong relationships with distributors and driving sales growth through effective digitalization strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Distributor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and support. Monitor distributor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance distributor capabilities and drive sales growth.

Digitalization: Lead the digitalization efforts within the sales department, leveraging technology and digital tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience. Identify and implement digital solutions to optimize sales operations, including CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and data analytics tools.

Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to drive sales growth and market share.

Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for distributors and sales teams on sales processes, digital tools, and best practices. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the effective implementation of sales strategies and digitalization initiatives.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, distributor performance, and market trends. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address gaps and drive sales growth. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics and recommendations to the Sales Manager and senior management.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, distributor management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, distributor management, and digital tools.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and implementing successful digitalization strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel as required.
