We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to understand learning requirements, define and implement priorities in short term by working with leaders in the business.

A day in the life of...

Learning Consulting

• Provides guidance to training activities in area of responsibility based on business challenges/requirements.

• Learning Analysis. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and causes of performance and /or learning problems.

Manage Learning Preparation, Delivery, Facilitation and Follow-up in area of assigned responsibility

• Refines and implements training plans and programs to support the current and future business needs.

• Recommend local training providers according to Curricula requirements.

• Provide and encourage Train the Trainer and Coaching Expertise for internal speakers.

• Conduct classroom and 1-1 training, coaching, and individual assessment then provide feedback to managers.

• Follows up any learning interventions or program to ensure application and effectiveness of learning.

• Measures success of the program with the business. Implements the measurement process.

• Manage and report on training budget

Stakeholder Management

• Communicates and promotes all relevant training information to HR BP's and employees NIM wide

• Steers external trainers and subcontractors and secures quality level

HR Technology

• Contributes to the effective use of the Learning Solution

  • Provides andragogical (adult learning ) methodology, expertise including use of technology.

What will make you successful

  • With 3+ years training experience
  • Proven track record in learning delivery, project management, change management and training administration with the ability to engage others
  • Experience in instructional design, competency-based curriculum and the use of learning technologies
  • Conceptual knowledge about setting up training curricula and evaluation
