Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier onboarding and Support for NSP (Nestle Supplier Portal)

• Ensuring on-time completion and uploading of Quality documents of existing Material/Plant/Vendor site in NSP.  (Ingredients Data Form, Materials Allergen Declaration, Material Safety Sheet, HACCP Plan & Flow, Valid Halal Certificate, & Valid GFSI Certificate)

• Follow through and monitor Supplier compliance on the requested documents

• Follow through and monitor Quality Assurance validation of Quality Documents

• Ensure on time QIR renewal for all qualified Material/Plant/Vendor site combination (With Contract and those for BCP or Business Continuity Plan)

• Ensure on-time renewal of quality docs with validity

• Support on the BCP Achievement of the market by ensuring all the qualified vendors has live QIRConduct weekly, bi-monthly and monthly governance with stakeholders to update status of documents and supplier compliance

• Help determine bottlenecks in the updating process to drive efficiency
