Main purpose of the Position
  • To manage institutional  partnerships with Medical Accounts, with the objective of building awareness and presence of infant nutrition range of products, with due adherence to Milk Code and Nestle Instructions

A day in the life of...
  • Engagement:  Engages with key stakeholders of HCIs through the implementation of programs which will allow availability of both branded/unbranded solutions (products or service) which are compliant with the provisions of the Milk Code.
  • Relationship Building:  Seeks and builds long-term relationship with HCIs through key HCI stakeholders and decision makers to help facilitate availability of infant nutrition products for Non-breastfed babies.
  • Seeks and create opportunities for high impact and differentiating engagements with Healthcare Institutions, which may include coverage and visibility amongst HCPs or visits to others influencers in HCI’s, Mall clinics, Private corporations (owning a group of hospitals) and Health Maintenance Organizations like formulary committee members, hospital owners and corporate managers, with the goal of building awareness.
  • Acts as relevant source of nutritional information, which will assist the HCI when dealing with their patients, clients and HCP (Healthcare Professional)
  • Strategy Development:  Responsible for developing long- and short-term strategies for assigned group of key institutions and/or accounts in assigned geography                                               
  • Responsible for Identifying key opportunities and developing appropriate strategies and action plans for each assigned key institution/account
What Will Make You Successful?
  • Business, Nutrition Degree or equivalent
  • Ideal would be experience in Retail sales or marketing/ Account Management/ Business Development/ 1-2 years Medical Del
  • Business, Nutrition Degree or equivalent
  • Ideal would be experience in Retail sales or marketing/ Account Management/ Business Development/ 1-2 years Medical Delegate experience/Demonstrated success in previous roles
  • With high level of integrity
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter, with high level of integrity and honesty
  • With high level of composure and interpersonal skills; Able to handle tough situations
