MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Lead the implementation of best practices in Data & Analytics to meet needs across the HR Function, and People Analytics across the market.   In conjunction with the Global People Analytics team, drive innovation in analytical approaches to understand and mitigate people driven risk to business.  Engage in industrialisation of flexible People Analytics solutions to the benefit of the market. 

 

KEY OUTPUTS:

  • Lead the delivery and tailoring of People Analytics solutions to the Nestlé businesses within the market. 
  • Lead dynamic people planning, analytics & reporting within the market
  • Engage in cross-Center of Competence and Center of Skill HR master data and analytics governance bodies to ensure seamless, End-to-End alignment across HR, and consistent HR services within Nestle.
  • Participate in the Gobal People Analytics resources to foster best practice sharing,  review of successfully deployed solutions, constant connection to external knowledge and innovation

 

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Strong organizational design and development, change management methodology experience
  • Strong experience in leading or developing advanced HR analytics deliverables, tools and strategies
  • Excellence in connecting with external environment and translating implications for people data and analytics for the group
  • Leadership and exposure in all parts of the HR function
  • Successful experience in implementing & executing HR Strategies 
  • Knowledge of communcations strategies & tactics, including digital & social media platforms
