We are looking for a Performance and Development Manager identify training needs and development of learning interventions with appropriate measures in assessing quality and impact. They will also train the line managers in terms of coaching, provide Marketing Support and do other tasks assigned from time to time.

A day in the life of...

Training needs identification and development of learning interventions with appropriate measures in assessing quality and impact

  • Responsible in strengthening the product and scientific knowledge of MFO team
  • Conduct Effective Engagement Skills training and ensure consistent application thru Detailing Proficiency Exercises using various training channels (i.e. F2F or Digital)
  • Facilitate the LEADstart Training of new Area Managers and Induction Training of new Key Hospital Managers. Provide follow through support on their progress post endorsement to the respective People Managers

Coach the Coach

  • Build and strengthen competencies of Area Managers in alignment with RFOEMs  and help address performance gaps or developmental needs of MFO
  • Field coaching to complement the coaching effectiveness of Area Managers in the competency based assessment of TMs
  • Ensure effectiveness and quality of online PAG reports

Provide Marketing Support

  • Facilitate product trainings for new innovations, updates and launches
  • Development of EES spiel guides for the HCP Engagement Aids

Others

  • Keeps abreast with the latest training technology that impacts people effectiveness 
  • Management of budgets related to MFO trainings and ensure that all tasks/activities adhere to the Local Code, the WHO Code, and WIN policies.
What will make you successful
Graduate of any science or management course with at least 3 years experience in TEAM and PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Highly effective training facilitation and presentation skills
Excellent project and budget management skills
Knowledgeable in the different MS Office applications
Collaborative, flexible, creative, innovative and people oriented
