About the Role:

 

You will play a crucial role in implementing sourcing strategies for raw and packaging materials at the market level. You will work closely with global procurement teams, local business partners, and suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time, in full, and in specifications, safeguarding continuous supply for Nestlé’s plants and production sites.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Sourcing Strategy & Execution

 

  • Support the implementation of global sourcing strategies for raw and packaging materials within the local market.
  • Communicate local business needs to Nestrade, Local Sourcing teams, and Above-Market Category teams.
  • Execute tail-spend sourcing strategies and negotiation events to secure the best total cost of ownership.

 

 

Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration

 

  • Interface with suppliers to support development activities, supplier switches, and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with functional teams, plants, and co-manufacturers to ensure clear alignment on supply needs and risk mitigation.

 

 

Operational Excellence

 

  • Monitor vendor performance using the Vendor Evaluation Scorecard (VES) to ensure material delivery meets Nestlé standards.
  • Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) channel management, mapping current processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Manage price-blocked invoices and ensure vendor master data accuracy (including bank details).
  • Ensure effective contract management including SAP contracts, purchasing info records, and master data upkeep.

 

 

Risk Management & Compliance

 

  • Support Procurement Ensure Supply (PES) activities, including risk analysis inputs and mitigation plan execution.
  • Attend supplier audits, coordinate follow‑ups, and ensure corrective actions align with Nestlé’s Supplier Code.
  • Uphold Nestlé’s business principles, procurement policies, and standardized processes.

 

What You Bring:

 

  • Experience in implementing sourcing strategies and delivering competitive advantage in assigned spend categories. 
  • Proven project leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and cross-market teams.
  • Strong analytical, risk management, and supplier relationship management skills.
