Main Purpose of the Job:

• Leads the total execution of Picture of Success in the region including customization of Channel and Category Activities
• Identifies and prioritizes activities that will effectively deliver regional growth objectives based on knowledge of local shopper understanding and intricacies

Key Responsibilities:

• Creates clear ways of working for the distributors, 3rd party agencies, and properly onboards all stakeholders to ensure swift and effective execution of activities
• Effectively communicates and cascades the category selling story and operational details of all cycle plan, channel, and regional events
• Ensures updated and relevant regional investment data base
• Ensures on-time shelf availability of cycle plan promotions and new products on trade
