MAIN PURPOSE:
Lead process optimization initiatives for E2E Total Rewards processes covering NiM and COS functions to drive performance, increase customer centricity, service experience & cost efficiency, and provide operational support in the implementation of Total Rewards Policies and strategies for a defined scope to support the business in attracting, retaining, and motivating our talent accordingly and fostering a high performance culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process Optimization - Leads process optimization initiatives for E2E Total Rewards processes across functions including COS. Provides inputs on efficiency of organization structure and set-up, and opporunities to further leverage COS.
- Rewards Strategy and Communication - Works with defined scope or group to understand business requirements and provide insights for rewards strategies and programs. Communicates Rewards offerings to maximize employee appreciation and delivers training/orientation with the support of HRBPs to increase understanding of Total Rewards.
- Rewards KPIs - Prepares re/ports for the KPIs and statistics related to Total Rewards for the Business to use in problem solving and decision-making.
- Internal Control and Cost Management - Ensures full internal controls in the Rewards area, including ensuring correct accounting treatment of plans, tax/legal compliance, and arranging cross-charges as needed, and supports the business in effectively tracking cost of Total Rewards per employee.
- Flawless Execution of C&B Processes - Supports the market's implementation of the annual processes (Budget Request, Review of ABS, Reference Salary, STB, LTI) and day-to-day Rewards operational deliverables for defined scope.
KEY EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:
- 5 to 8+ years experience in Human Resources in within another FMCG or shared services industry.
- Proven track record in leading process optimization using various approaches (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen etc)
- Able to drive conversations with high-level stakeholders
- Highly adept in using SAP HR and Payroll System
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
