Main Purpose of the role:

 

To enhance the sales skills and capabilities of the team to achieve targets and drive business growth; Responsible for training and developing the sales team to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to effectively function their role; Supports the National Sales Managers in developing learning solutions (other than classroom trainings) specific to their sub-function's capability needs. 

Key Deliverables: 

 

  • Assess the existing sales academy framework and curriculum and make necessary improvements to align with Grocery Sales team's objectives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, such as senior sales leaders, to develop and deliver specific functional training needs of the Grocery Sales team
  • Design and conduct comprehensive onboarding program for new hires of the Grocery Sales team
  • Organize engagement activities to foster a positve and motivated Grocery Sales team (Sales Leadership Forum, Sharks Recognition Program, etc)

 

Key Requirement:

 

  • 5-8 year of background in sales to understand the challenges and dynamics of all functions of the sales organization
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs including knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, training evaluation methods
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and aligning capability efforts with overall business obhectives
  • Experience in analyzing sales processes and KPIs
  • Preferably from the similar industry
