MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:  

 

  • Manage end to end trade spend of Customers – distributors and direct accounts
  • Drive periodic investment review in the region and lead discussion of evaluation of trade promotions as per local policy.
  • Provide Management with Key information relevant to decision making
  • Lead the discussion of Finance-related KPIs with the Sales Team
  • Drive resolution of issues on Customer receivables
  • Stewardship of compliance and control in Sales Organization

 

 

KEY EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:  

 

  • Graduate of Finance or Business-related course (preferably CPA)

  • With at least 5 years relevant experience in finance areas in FMCG environment - handling commercial finance

  • Good Communicator, both orally and written

  • Has a strong ability to interpret and relay financial information in a practical manner that is easily understandable to non-finance customers

  • Understanding of Sales and Marketing objectives, strategies, and action plans
