POSITION SUMMARY

 

To support sales operations through efficient and effective trade asset technical service to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and business sustainanilbility

 

SCOPE OF FUNCTION

  • Manages 3rd Party partners and technical service provider (TSP), including but not limited to machine installation and removal, periodic checks, parts replacements, machine recalibrations
  • Provides technical expertise to both Nestle Professional field sales teams and 3rd Party partners through trainings for operators and technicans, field visits and audits, complaint handling
  • Co-facilitates Trade Asset Operations Management service process improvements eg. C4C and telemetry
  • On time generation and standardization of trade asset  related reports eg.Service level KPIs, technical service provider incentives etc.

 

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Familiarity with institutional beverage / trade asset management operations and processes
  • Preferably with ten years experience in FMCG field sales support operations or technical service
  • Preferably with previous coordination with technical service providers
