The eCommerce Account Manager: Brick & Mortar will be responsible for developing strong partnerships with Brick & Mortar eRetailers to deliver sales targets.

A day in the life of...

  • Responsible for developing strong partnerships with Brick & Mortar eRetailers to deliver sales targets.
  • Reach sales target and provide demand forecast planning.
  • Manage sales operations
  • Partnership management and alignment of programs with B&M accounts.
  • Alignment of programs with offline trade
  • Performance Trade Allowance utilization

What Will Make You Successful?

  • Has at least 2-3 years experience in Sales in an FMCG industry
  • Has proven track record and has successfully delivered on KPIs
  • Has capacity to understand all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
  • Having key account management and eCommerce experience is a plus
  • Must possess selling and good interpersonal skills
