3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Systems Engineer, supporting the design, configuration, and deployment of digital manufacturing solutions.

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

• Set up a digital of KSR platforms used in production and utility including all modules in manufacturing area:

  • Configure and deploy digital manufacturing (DMO/KSR) platforms across production and utility processes.

  • Implement system modules including QMS, Start-up, Operation, Shutdown, and Center lining.

  • Define and configure parameters for automatic real-time data capture

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate manufacturing systems with MES and SAP environments.

• Master in the manufacturing P&ID and control to partnering with production to simply visible to operators and supervisors.

• Develop and maintain production dashboards to provide daily operational insights and performance tracking.

• Enable data-driven decision-making through clear visualization and reporting of KPIs.

• Design and deliver training programs for DMO & other application modules to production, quality, and engineering teams.

• Conduct training to improve usability, standard practices, and system adoption.

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Automation, Industrial, Computer, or related).

• Knowledge of manufacturing, MES/DMO, and system integration.

• Project CAPEX experience is a plus.

• SAP experience.

• Good English and Thai communication skills.

• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic factory environment.

• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
