Position Snapshot
We have an opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to join our Cambria Park factory as the HR Coordinator for the site.
Reporting to the factory HR Business Partner, you will provide proactive and efficient levels of support to the Factory HR Team, and to other internal stakeholders in provision of Human Resources services.
 

Key Responsibilities include:
•    Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding: Assist the HR Team with site recruitment needs.  Induct new employees and work with manager’s to ensure a smooth onboarding process
•    Manage Site Training: Co-ordination of training activities. Manage the training data base and files of certified personnel and organise refresher or re-certification training as required to maintain certification.
•    Manage Supplementary Labour Relationship: Assist Production Manager and Line Managers to ensure their temporary staffing needs meet the needs of the Business.  Manage relationships with Nestle Preferred Temporary Labour Agencies and ensure the Nestlé Service Levels are delivered at the required standard.
•    Generalist HR: Administration, compliance, audit preparation, employee records management, training and development, CA interpretation and advice.
•    Safety, Health, Environment (SHE) and Wellbeing: Maintain site safety, health and environment standards by ensuring personal responsibility and for others.  Drive site wellness programme.
•    Play an active role in the implementation of NCE and TPM at Cambria Park Factory specifically with ET and LDv pillar methodology.


 

What will make you successful

•    You will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role
•    Understanding of HR areas such as training & development, employee relations, performance management and industrial relations
•    Be driven to work in management systems to deliver on standards and drive business improvement.
•    Tertiary qualifications in Business or HR Management.
•    Exceptional interpersonal skills that will help you develop strong relationships and collaborate with line managers and staff across the board.
•    Experience working in a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
