Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a supply chain professional with a background in Production Scheduling to join our Logistics team in our Cambria Park Factory. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will play an active role in determining a valid production plan for Cambria Park based on export market requirements while conforming to manufacturing capacities and material supplier lead times, to supply sufficient finished goods inventory to accommodate Nestlé service level goals.

Your strong ability to organise, prioritise, and multi-task will benefit you in this role. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
•    Maintain Master Production Schedule through weekly updating of SAP
•    Prepare and monitor of attainment of a Weekly Detailed Production Schedule
•    Monitor and report on foreseen production requirements
•    Strong collaboration with Corporate Supply Chain in Weekly Production Review and Monthly Supply Reviews
•    Regularly review lot sizes for optimisation
•    Support NCE/TPM improvement activities
•    Provide back up for other Master Production Scheduler and/or Operational Buyers
 

What will make you successful

To be successful in the role, you will have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant operational experience in/at market/business level, in at least one of the following areas:
•    Detailed Production Scheduling
•    Master Production Scheduling
•    Distribution Requirements Planning
•    Materials Requirements Planning
•    Supply Planning
•    Production Clerk in SAP environment
•    Line Management
•    Operations Performance
In addition, you have an eye for detail, possess excellent analytical, communication and organisation skills. Utilising your experience in logistics, this role will see you proactively drive value across the business.
