Your opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our Cambria Park Factory. Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be a key member of our management team. 

Nestlé’s expectations are high and we have vigorous quality and compliance requirements, so this role needs someone who is passionate about quality and has a proven track record for driving, empowering and delivering continuous improvement in quality results. 

A key part of your role will be to continue to embed a quality focused culture and lead and coach your team members in problem solving, establishing best practice and assisting them with the implementation of quality related projects.

 

About You
This is a senior role in a complex manufacturing site and therefore we need candidates that have significant production and QA management experience ideally within the food industry. 
You will be well organised, assertive and an influential communicator with good decision making skills and able to influence key stakeholders to ensure quality is not compromised and effective decisions are made. A tertiary qualification is preferred in chemistry or food science. Competent user of MS Office and a working knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP / BPCS etc) is advantageous.
