  • Degree/diploma in Engineering discipline (mechanical / process / industrial …)
  • 3 years’ experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry
  • You have developed technical, communication, networking, managerial and leadership abilities

Position Summary

As a Project Engineer Packaging, you will have to ensure implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, following the project brief, design specifications and Nestlé standards.

 

A day in the life of a Project Engineer Packaging role: 

 

• Take site constraints into account in the project definition and design

• Fulfill "engineering" project concept

• Organize project execution

• Mobilize resources (internal & external)

• Ensure the coordination with plant design

• Select and qualify contactors

• Coordinate contractors’ activities

• Ensure Nestlé standards are applied

• Help the Vertical Project Manager to review the Vertical Project brief

• Promote development of environment-friendly and sustainable solutions

 

 

 

What will make you successful:

 

  • You are passionate and motivated to achieving success ensuring health and safety, product safety, and environment are never compromised
  • You know how to deliver approach, clearly prioritized work plan and anticipate issues
  • You have strong analytical skills in problem solving
  • You have the ability to coordinate the efforts of people, engage, align and mobilize stakeholders
  • You are a good communicant and you know how to deal with new and unknown staff
  • You speak French and English fluently
