Position Summary
As a Human Resources Manager in Maricopa, you’ll be responsible for all employee-related initiatives and activities at the plant, including recruitment and selection, employee and labor relations, team building, affirmative action and compliance with all federal and state statutes related to employment and safety. You will work alongside the factory management team and hourly employees with regards to issues related to working relationships, performance and development, and employee engagement projects. It will be your proactive responsibility to continuously improve the human working quality throughout the factory as you collaborate with all levels and lines of talent.
- Manage employee and labor relations activities in the factory.
- Be proactive in identifying and recommending initiatives that will continuously improve the plant working environment.
- Lead and manage local HR team.
- Counsel, coach and drive continuous improvement efforts pertaining to the working environment.
- Provide subject matter expertise in performance management and employee engagement which includes recommendations for rewards, disciplinary actions and terminations.
- Drive and manage performance evaluations, development plans and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local regulations and Nestle standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role

- Must be mobile and open to relocation to any other factory location within the U.S.
The approximate pay range for this position is $89,000-$144,000. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
