Position Summary:

 

As a Maintenance Planner, you will maintain the facility and all equipment within the Plant or on Plant Grounds. You’ll be responsible for overall effectiveness of the SAP maintenance system, editing, planning and scheduling of work orders, maintaining Master Data, measurement tracking, AMM system maintenance and troubleshooting. In this role, you will be a PM Pillar Member and System Owner of Planning and Scheduling and other potential PM Pillar Systems. You’ll also participate in problem solving, as it relates to production and maintaining equipment.

 

  • Manage the SAP maintenance system, from establishing equipment to cost reporting.
  • Manage preventative maintenance system and Planning and Scheduling KSR. Includes editing and creation of new PMs.
  • Gathers information needed to effectively plan maintenance tasks and coordinate equipment downtime with production.
  • Incorporate Predictive Maintenance routines into the Planning and Scheduling KSR and AMM system.
  • Coordinate outside contractor support necessary for facility’s maintenance.
  • Publish weekly maintenance schedule.
  • Master Data entry and FLOC Creation within AMM.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3+ years of industrial plant maintenance, maintenance planning systems, project management or a related field. 

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $64,000 to $102,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
