Position Summary
As a Maintenance Utility Associate, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance. You will be responsible for delivering parts and supplies. You will also be responsible for building and grounds maintenance at the facility.
- Building and Grounds maintenance, including roof cleaning, weeding, and cleaning gutters
- Supporting storeroom receiving
- Performing cooler repairs
- Delivering parts and supplies
- Completing minor work order repairs
- Performing Environmental PM’s (meter readings, stack testing, Baghouse Inspections)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1+ years of building maintenance experience in a manufacturing, agricultural, military, or related environment
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $26.58 an hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
