Just 40 miles southwest of Bakersfield, our factory harnesses the radiant sunshine for clay drying, reducing energy needs. As Senior Accounting Analyst (Materials and Inventory), we’ll look to you for your keen attention to detail and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. You’ll work on-site at our Maricopa factory to develop and maintain overall management of inventory and material accounting systems. While ensuring compliance with Nestlé policies and standards, as well as external regulations, you will lead month-end inventory processes and participate in continuous improvement activities.

 

  • Oversee all aspects of material control, from creation to disposal, including developing and implementing processes and procedures to track material usage and variances
  • Responsible for audits of the warehouse, plant floor, storeroom, and company store
  • Resolve inventory issues for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
  • Assist management with capital related expense
  • Complete reporting and analysis of inventory to management team weekly/monthly
  • Participate in annual budgeting process, including completing the raw material and packaging budget

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in general accounting, cost accounting and/or inventory control in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $82,611 - $102,317.  Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
