Position summary
As Brand Manager for Nestlé Health Science (NHSc), you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and growth of our consumer care brands. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our consumers while ensuring alignment with Nestle Health Science overall business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of consumer insights, market dynamics, and brand positioning to enhance brand equity and drive market share.
A day in the life...
- Translate and enhance the global strategy of our brands into a locally relevant strategy
- Drive Business key metrics, through managing efficient consumer understanding & overview the execution of targeted communication strategy
- Lead the development, preparation and finalization of the annual Brand Plans of the assigned brands
- Develop & implement the Annual plan (Media plan ATL, PR, BTL, events, Digital & e-commerce) at Brand level and ensure flawless execution of planned Brand activities
- Lead the development and execution of strong and functionally aligned brand plan with high integration of Medical Team, Digital and Trade Marketing (3 stakeholders: HCPs, Pharmacies and Consumers)
- Monitor data at Brand level (market shares, market growth, distribution, penetration, daily sales, prices), competition and collaborate with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to propose corrective actions if necessary (forecasts review, promo plans etc.)
- Manage A&Ps ensuring accuracy in annual spending and year end closing
- Coordinate in-store plans hand in hand with Sales Department (promos, POP, sampling activities)
What will make you successful
- University Degree in Economics/Marketing or any other related field and MBA / MSc in Marketing or other related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in Brand Management
- Strong project & time management capabilities, multitasking mindset and analytical thinking approach
- Good communication and presentation skills and a team player
- Strong PC knowledge (Advanced MS office), SAP Knowledge
- Fluency in Greek & English
