Position summary
To be the voice of Nestlé, speaking to consumers and the voice of consumers, speaking back to Nestlé across all touchpoints. Is responsible to provide exceptional consumer experiences across contact ways and across Nestlé brands, focusing on building meaningful relationships with consumer, develop/maintain the brand reputation and gather valuable insights.

A day in the life…
- Respond to consumer inquiries and complaints across all touchpoints.
- Protect, defend and promote brand and corporate reputation becoming a real brand ambassador, who drives consumer loyalty and engagement.
- Ensure optimal consumer satisfaction by timely, effectively and accurately follows-up consumer cases across all contact channels, both traditional (telephone) and digital (e-mail, contact-us forms & social media).
- Handle sensitive cases and assist in crisis management process.
- Use sophisticated Contact Management platforms, to detect consumer concerns & issues and provide insights that trigger optimizations.
- Share data analytics and efficient reporting with stakeholders to support business decisions.
- Support continuous consumer service excellence by collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Communication & Corporate Affairs, Nutritionist, Quality Assurance.
- Drive consumers’ loyalty and advocacy through continuous personalized experiences.
- Ensure 3rd party efficiency by monitoring performance, First Contact Resolution and updated Knowledge base.
What makes you successful
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communication.
- Master’s degree would be considered as a plus.
- 3-5 years of working experience in consumer-facing roles (including Community Management).
- Digital literacy and proven experience in CRM tools, Power BI, Office.
- Excellent communication skills oral and written, both in Greek and English, strong negotiation skills, self-motivated with positive attitude, insightful, service-oriented, stress resistant, accurate and data-driven.
- Results focus, initiative, proactive cooperation.
